This interactive 16-question survey helps users discover their dominant communication style using my original IntraPersona Matrix framework. The matrix maps communication across two axes—Explicit vs. Implicit and Receptive vs. Reserved—revealing one of four styles: Leader, Collaborator, Stabilizer, or Innovator.
Designed in Articulate Storyline 360, the project features:
Dynamic scoring logic using variables and triggers
A clean, accessible UI optimized for desktop and mobile
Personalized results with tailored feedback for each style
A web-published version that functions as a standalone app, embeddable or shareable without an LMS
Used in communication and leadership courses, this tool promotes self-awareness and improves interpersonal understanding. Unlike traditional personality tests, it focuses solely on communication tendencies—making it practical for both academic and workplace environments.
